Using TypeShelf

WD DIGI permits you to use this TypeShelf release free of charge. All included features are available without an account or paid upgrade. You may use the app in personal and commercial work, subject to the licenses of the fonts you use.

Your font licenses

You remain responsible for obtaining permission to use, copy, activate, embed or share each font. Importing a font into TypeShelf does not grant a font license. Specimen exports reference fonts locally and do not change the font license.

Compatibility and backups

Support varies between font formats and design application versions. Temporary activation makes a font available to Windows; individual applications may cache font menus. Keep backups of original font files and project documents. Do not rely on temporary fonts remaining active after TypeShelf closes or Windows signs out.

Software and third-party notices

TypeShelf includes third-party software under its respective licenses. The app includes full notices in Settings & about and its legal folder. WD DIGI and TypeShelf branding remain with their respective owner. Names of design applications identify compatibility presets; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Availability and support

WD DIGI provides the app as available, without a promise that it supports every font or application version. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. For questions or defects, contact support@wddigi.com.
